The table has a nice weight to it and it doesn`t look like it belongs at Chuck E. Cheese`s. The wave design is great, it keeps the ball moving and in play. All the folks I`ve had over to play foosball really like the curved "backsplash". It comes with blocking plates that convert it into a regular foosball table if your not up for the fast pace curve effect. The detail about the players colors may be unclear but the picture shows the true representation which is the classic chess player black and ivory. All in all a great foosball table that I would buy again.

I read other reviews that said when their package was delivered the box was destroyed, I thought this was no big deal since I would throw the box away any way and that it must have been damaged in shipping, but to have the one I got show up in the same condition I now believe it's Amazon shipping damaged products and not FEDEX doing the damage. I bring this up because several items that should have been in the box must have fallen out of the holes that were in the box. Items like the balls for the wheel, one of the deck of cards that were supposed to come with it, and half of the chips that should have been included. Not to mention the quality of the wheel is very low. I didn't expect it to be like the $500 wheels but I thought it would at least spin straight and level, but it wobbles when you spin it so the ball always ends up on the low side.

I would not recommend this item to anyone and now have doubts about buying anything from Amazon in the future. You would think they would take more pride in and show more attention to the items they ship.

Save your money. Over the first few months I bought it, the bristle started separating from the backing in different sections, which was more of an annoyance at times, with the "swells" slowly pushing the wire frame away from the board. (The room might be too dry, but it's not anything noticeable). Now, barely a year later, there are whole pie segments where the wire frame is 7/8" away from the board. If the thicker barrel of the dart doesn't make it clearly through the opening (especially tough on doubles and triples) it bounces out.

The initial look of it seems pretty sturdy and strong. The board was pretty compact and can be placed on any desktop. The sounds were pretty loud so even when u're standing 6 feet away you still can hear clearly.

Tried using 18g soft tip darts. I ended up spoiling the whole electronics. Was kind of disappointed. Wished that it could've been more durable.

The darts they provided are far from useable. Felt more like cheap plastics toys than darting equipment.

If you are considering this table for purchase, I highly recommend it.It is very sturdy and unfolds/folds quickly and easily for storage.Steel legs with solid base and bracing.

The outside ring padding is soft, yet not too thin and the playing surface felt/padding is just right as well.The cup holders are fine, but could be a bit deeper, but pretty standard from what I have seen.Please note this is the GLD table from Great Lakes Darts.I believe it is imported by them, but it is very good quality.

Kubutons are much more potent than most might think. The whipping with your keys is not how to use them though...use them with a hammer grip to attack almost any point on someone. Also, they are legal to carry and you can use them without really really hurting someone, like you would with a knife. The problem I am have had is not with having to attack someone, or not having anyone to attack or anything about attacking at all, but that I didn't get one with hand spikes, but only two of the other type pictured... However, there's more...ready... The one with hand spikes wouldn't be legal enough to carry anyway...looks like trouble your carrying, AND the other one had the key ring coming out the top, such that you can't put your thumb over the end for more power. In the end once attacking becomes something you're into I would buy some other type of kubuton...eBay has some good ones...they also have "it"

My only complaints are that the adhesive(at least the tube I recieved) did not seem very effective, and when you open the packaging you will need another container to contain all the small parts(do not wait until you need to use it at your pool hall).

They just look nice but break too easily. As soon as I got them I started to use them. 20 minutes later one dart slipped out of my hand. I was able to stop it with my shoe to soften its fall, the wire-shaft separated from the base as it hit my shoe rendering it useless, 1 down 5 to go. The other, as the dart hit a wire it bounced out of the board and you could see the wire-shaft in mid air separating from the base again , 2 down 4 to go. I unscrewed the remaining one from my dart and, BACK TO THE DART BOX; they'll never see the light of day again. Probably this set belongs to the X% of statistical manufacturing error, and I got stuck with them, sheer bad luck. Still you won't catch me buying them again.

This is a really aggravating product because just a little bit more would have taken it from a 2 star to a 5 star.
-First the product is just thick enough that a dart tip won't go all the way though it, unless however you are throwing the dart.Then the foam will compress a bit and about a 1/8th of an inch of tip will hit the wall.If they had just made it 1/4 of of an inch thicker it wouldn't have this issue or 1/2 an inch so it would be flush with the dart board.
-Second the spaces between the 4 pieces allow darts to hit the wall.Some kind of better joiner/cover would fix this issue.
-Third it is only 4.75 inches (12cm) "wide" which is just a little thinner then I would have liked, 6 inches would have been much better ideal.
-Fourth, the magnets are a joke, they will hold the pieces in place excluding the weigh of a dart...So they are taped up.

All and all a total a let down on what could be a trivially easy to perfect product.

Excellent tips, the short tips bring the dart in closer to the board, and hold up much better that the longer tips that I have used in the past. I can go a whole evening of darts on one set without any tips breaking. I don't know what they're made of but they're really hard at first and then start to soften up after multiple (dozens) of straightenings. I'm definitely going to order more of these.

Dart Wars is, as the name implies, a war-like game played with darts - a notably painless form of world-spanning, globe-encompassing war, fought by one-man armies equipped with pointlessly non-lethal, magnet-tipped, plastic-feathered weaponry.

The board is as illustrated: a colorful, rubberish, thickish, magnet-attracting mat, suspended from a pole. It's about 22" wide and 17" high. You get six darts of two different colors, 75 remarkably strong and definitely small round magnets in five different colors, and 5 flag stickers, each of a different color. You stick the flag stickers on their corresponding small magnets and use them to mark your "home country."

In addition to the stylized world map, you'll also find a continent-sized target (southeast of Tierra del Fuego), and outlines of each of the countries around the borders of the playing mat. You claim territory by hitting it with a dart and marking it with one of your magnets. You resolve conflicts by throwing your dart closest to the bulls-eye. You store bonus magnets on the small outlines of countries decorating the border of the mat. Everything else is almost self-explanatory. If you need more instructions, you can find the complete rules here. If you just need a little more inspiration, you can sample some of the many possible variations here. Creating your own variation makes a fun, noteworthily innovative concept even more noteworthily fun.

But before you do, you'll need to get the hang, as it were, of the whole magnetic darts thing. I asked the inventor, Pascal Reymond, for some advice. He explains:

"It's not the same way to throw magnetic darts and standard darts, you have to get used to it. But once you get it, then it's ok.

"The the map has to be hang on a wall with its 2 extremities touching the wall (the 2 kind of caps). It's important to have a good shock absorption.

"I play from 1.5 meters from the board, and I hang the board high. This is important to have a good dart trajectory. So try it with the map very high, the bottom of the map at the level of your eyes."

This is a nice cabinet for a game room, family room or garage.The Viper brand name not withstanding, the item is actually sourced from GLD and made in China, if that means anything to you one way or the other.However, it is all solid wood and is nicely finished.The hinges appear substanial and definately appears to be a cut above the normal tacky Budweiser box usually available.I'd have given it 5 stars if the cost was under $100, but knocked one off for the premium price.

These are easy to carry with the included hoslter, and they are pretty rugged. The tips bend easy at first, but use a file to make them better again. The red tassles are o.k. looking and might stablize the flight a little, but they still throw end over end and need to be thrown from understood distances to hit point first. Other than that, good product and cheap too. Have fun throwing them at things, just remember if you're throwing them at people, unless they are standing still, it will mess with the distances you practiced at and perhaps ruin your chances of makeing a good hit...so you might want to find a way to get them not to move...be creative.

Also great metal wiring around the numbers, very strong and easy to hang anywhere [as long as the wall can hold up the weight]. Great quality of 6 darts that come with the board, 3 have Canadian flag ends and 3 have American flag ends - only thing is that the ends are a bit loose, so you might want to tape them to the dart, which are very sharp and precise. I don't have a great deal of dart board experience, but I know what I want and this board doesn't provide it.The BristleTech is thin enough that the darts often bounce off - you can hear them hit the plastic behind the BristleTech.They also bounce off the separators.The soft-tip darts bend very easily.The remote scoring needs to be pointed at the board in a certain range and area, so don't assume you can just put it anywhere.Sometimes (1 in 20 shots) the score doesnt recognize, so you have to push the section manually, so if this occurs on a bounce-off shot - you're out of luck (you won't know what to score). Also, the battery compartment is on the back of the board, which means if you mount it securely, plan on unmounting it to replace the batteries.

Can you play darts on this board - yes, but it's not ideal.I am looking for something to replace this.

This board looks great with my Winmau III. The trim is of high quality. The felt is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the board arrived slightly warped, (probably from shipping) but flattened out when attached to the wall. Also, I made sure to use drywall screws which made installation much easier and stronger.

Personally, I wish the wood under the felt would easily hold the missed darts. They tend to bounce out onto the floor.

All in all, if you are looking for a nice quality backboard, it's definitely worth the money.

Maybe I should be more charitable than 3 stars for el cheapo bolts, for el cheapo crossbow pistols. These little crossbow pistols are a lot of fun for the money, but the two styles of bolts available for them aren't very durable.

THE CONS: The fins (the black part in the photos) on these "aluminum" bolts are a very cheap, brittle plastic that break off easily.

THE PROS: The aluminum shaft version is about half again the weight of the plastic shaft version, with the weight balanced toward the front of the dart. They fly straight and group well at up to about 50 feet. By comparison, the all plastic with metal points (which also break easily) are all over the place and don't group at all. Don't waste your money on the plastic ones. The aluminum shaft version, at least, is fun to shoot - just figure on buying lots of them to allow for a lot of broken fins.

I just started playing around with Darts because of a work related outing and figured I should try to get a little better so defiantly not a pro.I have only used them a dozen times or so and already the shaft is bent and the feathers have taken a decent beating.I should have started with a cheaper set so I did not destroy a nice set like these.They are nicely balanced but sadly I am not good enough to get every shot to stick into the board, therefore they get bent when they fall.
So my advise is to wait on these until you are sure you can hit the target and stay in it every time.

Its a dartboard, how can you mess that up? The folks at Halex have figured it out. The logo on the front of the cabinet is not the one in the picture. Instead of a subdued NHL logo, it is a bright white and orange one. There is mounting hardware, but it seems to be missing pieces and there are no instructions on how to put it together, just instructions on how to play darts. The Halex website offers no product support for anything produced before 2007, since this was made in 2006 I guess you have to figure it out on your own. Had I known that I would have spent the extra $ and got a better quality board.

I just got my rope dart and was a bit disappointed when I saw that the dart did not have a silk flag to keep it in balance when in use.The image shows a red silk flag but under the product description/ feature there is no mention of it.Kind of a sly move to do that; it would have been better if they could have offered to buy the flag as well.Lastly, the dart I got was definitely heavier than 0.3 lbs and does not look like the one in the picture.

On a brighter note, an awesome weapon indeed.It comes fully assembled so all you need to do is take it out of the package and tie it to your hand and you're ready to go.

Plain and simple... the darts included with the Halex Zeta are HORRIBLE!You have to assemble the darts which are a clue right there.The wings or the top part which are the "feathers" on real darts is this plastic inserted piece.Expect that if your dart doesn't stick on the board(which is the majority of the time), it will fall to the floor and the top will fall off.So all in all... I threw 18 darts... only about 4 stuck... the rest fell to the floor... and of those, all but 2 had to have the top put back on(which is a pain)... and I even had to look for the top to 3 of these which flung off somewhere!Poorly made darts that don't stay on the board.Perfect example of "You get what you pay for".

These are a huge upgrade from brass darts that have fat handles.You can get amazingly tight shot groupings.My only complaint is that they are a little short.

Viper appears to be a brand name rather than a manufacturer as it's numerous products appear to be sourced from more well known specialty firms...or from the same suppliers that the others obtain their wares from.These darts appear to be clones of the popular Lazerdart models, having the same cases, accessories and general design and styles offered at substantially lower prices.They represent good value for the money and appear to be compatible with the standard component interchangeablility in the market.

The value of high tungston content is darts in open to considerable debate for anyone other than the elite few who make their living throwing darts.The theory is that tungston is a heavier substance than brass or aluminum, hence the dart can be made skinnier for a given weight.The skinnier the dart, the easier to fit the second and third shot into the double, triple and bullseye rings.

My advice?Find a weight you like and buy several different brands in that weight range and then throw them a LOT.
